Refund policies for phone reservations made at the hotel are subject to the internal regulations of Hotel Yam Gwangju City Hall Branch.

On the day of – Cancellation not permitted

Refunds are not available due to smoking restrictions.

Refunds are not available for failure to present identification. (Minors are not permitted.)

If loud noise disturbs other guests, a verbal warning will be issued once;

if the issue recurs, you will be asked to check out without a refund, so please cooperate.

Check-out will be required if guests check in without being listed on the reservation.

Minors are not permitted to stay overnight. We will verify your ID upon check-in, so please be sure to bring it with you; entry will be denied if you do not have it. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued on the day of your stay for this reason. Guests born in 2007 or later (regardless of birthday) are permitted to stay.

An extension fee will be charged after the check-out time.

Minors are not permitted—no refunds will be issued for reservations made by minors.

No one other than the paid-for guests may enter the room—even brief visits are not permitted.

Guests other than the original check-in guest may not check in as a replacement.

No smelly foods may be brought in (seafood, steamed dishes, skate, squid, etc.).

Hair dyeing is prohibited—stains caused by hair dye will result in charges for special bathroom cleaning and the disposal of sheets and towels.

Guests who have caused problems due to smoking during a previous stay are not permitted to use the facility.

Parties currently involved in civil or criminal litigation are not permitted to use the facility.
