The staff were friendly. However, because check-in was contactless, it was a bit hard to find the place. The computer was too poor for gaming, which was disappointing. The speaker could not be used separately, so that was inconvenient, and the space was too cramped. On the other hand, the room condition was very good and the bathroom was very clean, so I still had a pleasant stay.
It was clean and there were no major problems, but the smell of cigarette smoke... made it a bit hard. It would be nice to have a separate non-smoking room.. Everything else was fine.
