Even with a regular vehicle, parking is not possible when the outdoor parking lot is full.

Refunds are not possible for this reason.

Currently, corporate Netflix accounts are also blocked, so IDs cannot be provided.

We ask that you use your personal account for Netflix only,

and other OTT services can be watched normally, so we ask for your understanding.

For exceeding the standard occupancy (2 people), an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person will be incurred at check-in (up to 1 child under 7 years old is free when accompanied by parents).

An additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for an extra bedding set (not available if out of stock).

After booking a randomly assigned room, room changes and transfers are not possible (additional fees apply for room designation or transfer requests, and requests may not be accommodated depending on reservation status).

An additional fee will be automatically charged if the check-out time is exceeded.

For consecutive night bookings of all room types, an additional fee for consecutive nights will be incurred separately (inquire with the hotel for cost).

Refunds are not possible due to unfamiliarity with the consecutive night policy.

Consecutive night cleaning requires advance request at the front desk (available until 4 PM).

Even for the same room type, rooms may differ from the photos by room number. Room changes or refunds are not possible for this reason.

Malfunctions of electronic devices such as Stylers and air purifiers cannot be resolved immediately. Unavailability of electronic devices cannot be a reason for refund; please refer to this when booking.

Room rates and usage times may vary depending on the characteristics of the application.

During peak season & holidays (including the day before), additional charges may occur at check-in.

Even if you book a room type other than the Walk-In Special, parking may not be available if the outdoor parking lot is full, and hotel parking may not be allowed depending on the vehicle type, and no refunds are possible for this reason. (Motorcycles are not treated as parked vehicles and can only be parked at designated locations within the hotel; if not agreed, you must park outside.) An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per additional vehicle will be incurred, and additional parking is not possible if the parking lot is full.

If you arrive more than 1 hour early based on check-in time to park first, a parking fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged.

Vehicles parked outdoors must leave their car keys at the front desk; if this is not agreed, parking within the hotel is not possible as it interferes with parking lot operations.

Even if the vehicle is eligible for tower parking (based on tower parking specifications), hotel parking is not allowed if tower entry is refused due to issues like modifications or personal inconvenience.

For electric vehicles and large vehicles such as Starex, prior inquiry with the hotel regarding availability is essential. (Non-refundable)

Parking is not possible for any vehicle type when the outdoor parking lot is full. (Non-refundable)

Refunds are not possible due to unfamiliarity with these conditions.
