All room rates are based on double occupancy.

Please inquire before booking if you exceed the standard occupancy at check-in.

Unauthorized exceeding of room occupancy may result in refusal of entry.

Co-ed groups of 3 or more unrelated individuals are not allowed to book.

An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be automatically charged for exceeding the check-out time.

Please check directly with the hotel whether minors or minors accompanied by an adult are allowed to stay before making a reservation.

Reservations made by minors without prior confirmation are non-refundable.

Cancellation/refund is not possible for refusal of entry due to mixed-gender minor bookings.

Refusal of entry due to not bringing ID upon request is non-refundable.

For consecutive nights, please request room cleaning at the front desk.

Lost and found items will be stored for 1 month and then disposed of internally.

In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and cleaning fees will be charged.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms, as rooms are separated into non-smoking and general (smoking allowed) categories.

Pets are not allowed.

An additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for extra bedding in 2-person rooms.

Parking is limited, so please use the public parking lot (free) 50m away if the lot is full.
