I came to rest properly after several years and intentionally booked extra nights so I could get a good sleep, but you called at 11:02 and 11:11 saying it was a system issue on your side and asking when we would check out. Many people cannot sleep if awakened. When you first called by mistake, you hung up with "ah.. ah.. okay" without even apologizing, right? After going out and coming back still not well rested, I rested a bit and went down to the first floor to say, "Please do not wake me tomorrow." I trusted there would be no mistake tomorrow and booked additional nights, thinking I would let the first mistake slide because it was human error. But today you said sorry and offered to extend checkout until 2:00. How can I trust you when you made the same mistake twice? I understand you couldn't apologize properly on the first day. You could have been flustered. When I went down to talk about the second identical mistake, you ended up saying, "All I can do is apologize. The thing already happened, so what do you want me to do?" Even if you offered something, I still planned to stay for the rest of the booked period. What I don't understand is why I should accept an apology that doesn't seem sincere at all. At least, after making the same mistake twice, if you had said you would train your staff so it wouldn't happen again, I would have let it go. But when everything you say sounds like an excuse—"the employee hasn't been working here long"—am I supposed to just accept that? I will be coming to Busan often from now on, but I will absolutely not come here again. Thank you for the time I stayed.
Best Lewis Hamilton Hotel X My life worst Lewis Hamilton Hotel O Reason The Giga Genie I left in the room for convenience will turn the lights off when I tell it to, but it cannot turn the lights back on. If you tell it to turn the lights off, the power to the room shuts off entirely so you have to pull the hotel room key out and reinsert it. When I asked the hotel, they said the system is supposed to work that way. They insisted it was not a problem with my room. If you move the bed and close the curtains to sleep at night, you have to get up in the morning to reinsert the room key to get power back lol Also, phone charging stops at night when the lights are turned off because the power is cut, so my phone was not charged in the morning. They told me to plug it into the electric kettle. Makes me wonder if this even qualifies as a lodging. I want to know what the operator thinks. Why is the power cut when the lights are turned off? lol It probably depends on the room you are assigned, but after reading other reviews about rusty water and cleanliness, I do not want to spend money to take that kind of gamble lol I clearly did not have this problem on a previous visit, but they said the system had changed. The front desk staff said they would ask the owner, and a few minutes later suddenly said, "That's how it is, other people said the same," lol I mentioned it to another front desk staff member during the day and they said it did not seem normal, but at night they said it was supposed to be that way. They seem to treat customers like suckers. Just placating you in person? lol Maybe because we were tourists lol Amenities are ridiculously expensive. If hotels with over 50 rooms are prohibited from giving single-use amenities and provide reusable ones instead, this place charges 5,000 won to sell them. Even Chinese guests complained it was expensive while buying it begrudgingly lol I stayed multiple nights; on the first day there were two small towels and two large towels, but the next day there were four small towels lol The Superior Ocean View is a half ocean view lol Montai massage view, good lol They swallow good reviews and spit out bad ones. They don't reply to bad reviews haha If it were me, I would never pay this much to stay here. Please go to another hotel.
1. No basic items like a hair dryer, shampoo, or body wash -> Samples must be purchased for 5,000 won.. 2. No slippers, so you have to keep your shoes on. 3. There are only two outlets to plug in a charger. One is actually on the sink;; 4. Toilet cleanliness is poor. There are black stains. 5. There is nowhere to hang anything in the shower. I hung a towel on the door knob to wash. 6. Bed cleanliness is okay.
Not a place worth paying more than 20,000 won.
I visited on a business trip. Until the end of last year, shampoo and conditioner used to be in the room, but they are gone now so you have to buy amenities. The price of the amenities has also gone up.
SUV parking not available; otherwise satisfied.
I had a good stay. Spacious and comfortable.

This is a place I always use, so I visited this time without hesitation. Because I come often I'm familiar with it, and every time I come it is consistently clean and comfortable, so I'm always satisfied. The rooms are always well maintained and the bedding is comfortable, so you can rest easily. The staff are always friendly and attend to guests politely, so I feel good every time I come. As a frequent visitor, I feel this consistency is a really big advantage. The location and nearby conveniences are also good, which is another reason I keep choosing this place. The value for the price is high, so compared to other places in a similar price range, I would recommend this one. I plan to continue using it in the future 😊

Really satisfied. I'll come again.
