The staff are friendly, the location is very good, and there is a convenience store right next door.
Even though I booked a non-smoking room, every time I visited there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and it was very unpleasant. It may be a guest issue, but if you operate the room as non-smoking, I think at least basic maintenance and care should be done. After check-in, I ended up going back down and changing rooms more than once. When I get the key I worry that the elevator will smell too and go in hesitantly. This happened at least five times. My trust has dropped a lot. Also, last time the towels smelled unpleasant and were unusable, and the smell was so strong that I had to wash my face again after using them. I got the impression that overall hygiene management is lacking. Because this experience repeated, I do not plan to revisit.
The PC runs well and the OTT is great! I was surprised the bathroom was semi-transparent, but the toilet and shower are opaque so it's okay!!

It's a bit disappointing that there is no refrigerator, but it's clean and nice.
Whenever I go to Yeongdeungpo I always stop by because it's clean; each time it's a place that satisfies both of us.
All rooms are based on double occupancy, and rooms are assigned randomly when booking via the app.
