The cleaning ladies need to be managed, I think :( It's really at a negative-star level, but the owner is kind and the front desk lady is kind, because of that... :(

The staff are friendly lol It seems the cleaning ladies aren't supervised — they use informal speech and lie, :( I'm really a bit angry.
