※ If you book a lowest-price event room in Building A (rooms assigned at random),

you will be provided with a basic option room (no gaming allowed; OTT-dedicated PC + air purifier).

▶If caught smoking, a fine and cleanup costs will be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

▶Excessive noise caused by minors, drinking after check-in, or loud shouting, as well as unauthorized occupancy exceeding the room’s capacity (including guests, visitors, or sharing rooms with others), will result in immediate eviction and no refund.

▶An additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged for check-out after the designated time.

▶For consecutive nights on weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20,000 won per day applies.

▶If you do not check in by 4:00 AM the day after your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

▶Family rooms accommodate a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 4 guests (additional fee: 20,000 won on weekdays, 30,000 won on weekends and public holidays).

Please note that mixed-gender occupancy is prohibited (except for relatives).

Please note that the Unlimited Room Rental & Stay Event is currently available only in Building A.

YouTube ads are automatically skipped in all rooms.

Air purifiers have been installed in all rooms.

All rooms feature 100% natural bedrock hot spring water.

All rooms feature GIGA Wi-Fi Zone and IPTV.

All rooms are equipped with hair dryers and hair straighteners.

For Building A (Natural Hot Spring), specifications vary by room, so please check before booking.

All guest rooms are managed exclusively by Sesco. A large indoor and outdoor parking lot is available, and the snack bar and coffee machine in the first-floor lobby are accessible 24 hours a day. We offer a variety of themed rooms, including twin rooms, family rooms, and large rooms, and we are committed to providing the best possible service for long-term guests, including groups and corporate clients.
