I visit every time I'm on a business trip to Seoul.
Overall it was okay~ It seems fairly clean.
It was clean and nice. I had a good experience.
I visit often because it is always tidy. This time there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which was disappointing.
The smell of cigarette smoke was really awful...
It's old....
Other than the cigarette smell in the hallway, I liked it~~
Because there are two beds and two PCs, it offers great value.
Parking was convenient and the room was spacious, so I really liked it. The fact that the toilet and shower are separated seems to be the biggest advantage.
I rested well without any inconvenience.
※Large vehicles such as SUVs, trucks, compact SUVs, Ray, and electric vehicles (if the parking tower cannot be used)
may not be permitted to park. (Please be sure to check with the front desk!)
※Only one vehicle per room is permitted to park (free parking if the parking tower is available).
If two or more vehicles are parked, parking will be denied or an additional fee will apply (20,000 KRW per night for overnight stays; 10,000 KRW per hour for hourly parking).
※SUVs (not eligible for parking tower: Genesis (G80 and above), vehicles with a body that is too low, or wide tires)
※Reservations for “walk-in” rooms are based on the assumption that you do not have a vehicle.
For overnight stays, additional fees may apply if you arrive by car.
For day-use reservations, since the usage hours differ, if you have a vehicle, you must book a “Standard” room and then park your vehicle there.

- Minors (under 19 years of age) and refusal to present identification when requested
- Room assignments may differ from the room images shown, and any resulting change of mind by the guest
- Mixed-gender accommodation for three or more adults
- Causing significant disturbance to other guests, such as loud noise or fighting
An additional fee (minimum 10,000 won) will be charged if you bring a vehicle after booking a “walk-in only” room.
- If any of the above conditions apply, you will be asked to check out immediately,
and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
