The standard occupancy at check-in is 2 people, and additional fees will be charged on-site for extra guests.

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images shown.

If you wish to reserve a specific room from the images, please inquire at the front desk.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

All rooms are based on 2 people (including twin rooms), and an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for each extra person.

Late check-out or early check-in incurs an additional fee (10,000 KRW per hour).

Guests who appear underage will be asked to present identification at the front desk. Digital or mobile IDs may be difficult to verify, so please bring your physical resident registration card or driver's license.

Unmarried minors are strictly prohibited from cohabiting, and cohabitation of 3 or more people in one room is not allowed (excluding families)

We would like to inform you about multi-night reservations at Hotel Ecostay.

For multi-night reservations, partial cancellation (canceling only some dates) is not possible. Please confirm this before making your reservation.

Hotel Ecostay's own refund policy is as follows. Please review it carefully before making your reservation.

10 days before check-in: 100% refund

7 days before check-in: 20% deduction for refund

5 days before check-in: 40% deduction for refund

3 days before check-in: 60% deduction for refund

1 day before check-in: 90% deduction for refund
