This was the best place I stayed at recently~ It was clean and spacious, so it was great for our family of four~~ Especially the kids watched YouTube while playing in the water and didn't come out even after two hours. There are many good restaurants within a short walk, and the baseball stadium is quick to get to by car, so it was perfect!! I will use it again next time~

The staff were so friendly from check-in that I felt great The place was clean, and with two bathrooms and the bedroom set apart, it was comfortable to use~ The jacuzzi took a while to fill, but it was a nice time to relax in the warm water The coffee on the first floor is delicious👍 I liked that I could use it comfortably anytime I had a great time~ If I go to Gwangju, I want to stay here only!! Thank you for making my day enjoyable~

Reservation Notice: Jacuzzi Rental Safety and Indemnity Agreement I hereby swear to fully understand and faithfully comply with all the following matters in the process of renting and using the Jacuzzi (hereinafter referred to as the “leased object”) from the Jacuzzi (hereinafter referred to as the “lessor”). Article 1 [Purpose] This agreement aims to clarify the lessee's awareness and scope of responsibility for various risks that may occur during the use of the Jacuzzi, such as personal injury, property damage, electric shock, burns, and slips. Article 2 [User Obligations and Safety Rules] Before installing and using the Jacuzzi, always check the connection status of electricity, water, and drainage, and use it safely according to the user manual. The following acts are prohibited: ① Use after consuming alcohol or drugs ② Unaccompanied use by children or the elderly ③ Placing electrical appliances near or inside the Jacuzzi ④ Jumping, diving, or violent behavior inside the Jacuzzi ⑤ Introducing pollutants (soap, oil, detergent, etc.) If there are any abnormal signs (electrical leakage, overheating, noise, overflowing water, etc.), immediately stop using it and notify the lessor. The lessee must exercise basic duty of care to prevent all accidents that may occur during the use of the Jacuzzi. Article 3 [Responsibility and Exemption] The lessee bears all legal and financial responsibility for personal injury, property damage, and third-party damage caused by their negligence or careless management during the use of the Jacuzzi. The lessor is not responsible for damages caused by any of the following reasons: ① Lessee's carelessness or violation of safety rules ② Actions exceeding the normal scope of Jacuzzi use ③ Intentional act or negligence of the lessee or a third party ④ Force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or climate The lessee bears the full cost of repair or replacement in case of damage, contamination, or loss of the Jacuzzi. Article 4 [Hygiene and Management Obligations] The lessee must completely remove residual water and foreign substances after using the Jacuzzi before returning it. Damage or discoloration caused by the use of salt, oil, or chemical products is the responsibility of the lessee. The lessee is responsible for damage that occurs during the storage, transport, installation, and disassembly of the Jacuzzi. Article 5 [Damages and Insurance] The lessee bears all liability for damages if a third party is harmed. The lessor may, if necessary, notify the lessee of the availability of liability insurance. Prior written consent is required for commercial filming, events, or use by an unspecified large number of people. Article 6 [Contract Termination and Return] If the lessee violates the contents of this agreement or disregards safety rules, the lessor may immediately terminate the lease agreement. The lessee shall return the Jacuzzi to its original state upon termination of the contract, and shall bear related costs in case of non-return or damage. Article 7 [Dispute Resolution] In the event of a dispute regarding this agreement, both parties shall prioritize consultation, and if consultation is not possible, the court having jurisdiction over the lessor's address shall be the court of first instance. I have fully read and understood all the above contents, and I swear to comply with all safety rules when using the Jacuzzi and not to hold the lessor legally responsible for any accidents. Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, it is necessary to check the number of occupants directly. An additional charge applies for each extra person. (Inquire with the accommodation) Additional fees may be automatically charged if check-out time is exceeded. Minors must confirm their eligibility to stay directly with the affiliated establishment before booking. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to mixed-gender bookings involving minors. When mixed-gender groups stay, identification may be requested, and if not presented, entry may be denied, and cancellations will not be refunded. Room information may change frequently due to the circumstances of the affiliated establishment. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
