Not cleaned and too cold
The TV is big and there is an electric heating pad so it was warm, and the staff were kind. It was very good.
The size of the room and bathroom is adequate and the water pressure is good. The floor heating and the space heater are nice.
It was clean and the service was good, but the room was a bit cold, which was disappointing.
I played fun computer games and had a comfortable rest before leaving.
The room I booked was a 1-person room. But after I received the key and went up to the room, the computer didn’t work. I reported it and they moved me to another room, but I wonder if they had checked in advance, because the room they moved me to had no usable computer at all. I went back down to the front desk and when I mentioned it, the staff there said they were new, so I tried to understand. I wanted to rest right away, but the whole issue took nearly 30 minutes. The staff member called the owner, and the owner upgraded me to a special room. Since I had come from far away and it was already late, I decided not to ask for a refund and to just rest even if the computer still didn’t work. After that, my companion arrived later and we were lying down resting until checkout time, when suddenly the door opened. For a few seconds there was no sound, and I was too frightened to say anything. When my companion asked, "Who is it?" we heard, "Oh, sorry, I think I entered the wrong room," and the door closed. Honestly, how can someone open the door by mistake? Even if I don’t want to read meaning into it, I can’t help but imagine the worst: I checked in alone, and if I had truly been alone, it would have been terrifying beyond imagination. Shouldn’t this kind of thing be properly checked? What would they have done if I hadn’t been properly dressed? I am still really shaken up.
