Hotel Bobo Hongdae

I use this place on every business trip.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Maintenance is consistently kept up, so there were no inconveniences using the accommodation. When I first entered the room, due to a cleaning staff member's mistake, items from the previous guest were left behind and there was a bathroom smell because it had not been ventilated, so I contacted the front desk. Actually, the smell was only slightly unpleasant and went away quickly after opening the window, and overall the room was tidy and usable as is. However, the front desk apologized as if it were their fault and immediately switched me to a new room. Usually they say they will check or do not offer a replacement, so the female front desk staff's response was so good that I did not feel upset at all. Honestly, I did not think it was bad enough to warrant a room change, but they offered an immediate apology, explained why it happened, and handled the follow-up in the best possible way as a service business. The replacement room was really clean and comfortable. I could really feel that they consistently strive to maintain quality, which I liked a lot.

The owner was friendly and the room is nice.
