Party Room Terms of Use

1. Please note that refund policies apply if you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed.

- Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

- 10% refund if canceled one day in advance.

- 20% refund if canceled 2–3 days in advance.

- 30% refund if canceled 4–6 days in advance.

- 70% refund if canceled 7 days in advance

We apologize for any inconvenience, as your reservation has caused the venue to reach capacity.

2. If you do not use the party room without confirming a change or cancellation, the fee will not be refunded.

3. Partial refunds are not available if the number of guests is changed after the reservation is confirmed.

(Additional guests can be paid for on-site or via a new deposit.)

4. Please maintain quiet hours during the early morning. Failure to comply with requests for quiet from other guests due to noise complaints may result in being asked to leave.

5.Please be aware that guests are responsible for compensating for any loss or damage to facilities while using the party room.

6. We are not liable for any safety accidents caused by guests’ negligence while using the party room.

7. Upon checkout, you must undergo an inspection of the party room by the manager.

(ID and cash will be held for safekeeping)

Room rates are based on occupancy for two people; for special rooms such as party rooms, the number of guests must be verified in person. No cancellations or refunds will be issued for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations involving minors staying alone. If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances at the partner establishment, a 100% refund will be issued. Room information is subject to change at any time due to circumstances at the partner establishment. We are not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from such changes.
