At our HOTEL YAJA Ansan Jungang Station branch, we have installed additional anti-drug mattresses in all guest rooms
and disinfect the premises three times a day for hygiene purposes.
The elevator-style parking garage is for passenger cars only (up to K5 class)
Vehicles over 2,000cc are prohibited (RV, SUV, vehicles with roof racks, and vehicles of the K7 class or larger are not permitted).
We are not liable for any accidents caused by parking.
Reservations cannot be canceled due to lack of parking availability.
We do not reimburse parking fees for public parking lots.

Graffiti or staining on walls or ceilings, as well as balloons, events, fireworks, candles, or attaching foreign objects is prohibited.
Actions that pose a fire hazard are prohibited.
Littering or discarding cigarette butts out of guest room windows is prohibited.
We are not liable for accidents caused by guest negligence within the guest room.
A cleaning deposit of 20,000 won in cash is required for VIP room use; this 20,000 won will be refunded upon checkout.
Eating on the bed is prohibited; if found, a charge of 10,000 won per set of bedding will be applied.
Violations of the above rules will result in compensation claims and liability; please be mindful of these regulations.

We are not liable for lost items. Lost items are held for 7 days; however, cosmetics are held for 1 day only.

If you are under 19 years of age or fail to present a valid ID upon check-in after booking, you will not be eligible for a refund, and your reservation will be canceled; check-in will not be permitted (including same-sex guests).
Only physical copies of a Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, or passport, or Mobile PASS (with a verifiable photo of the guest) are accepted.
Photographs of ID cards are not considered valid proof of identity.
For walk-in payments, check-out time must be coordinated with the front desk.
Refunds for walk-in payments are not possible after 10 minutes have elapsed.
If we are unable to verify your ID card, Alien Registration Card, or passport, we cannot process refunds, cancel reservations, or allow check-in.
It is not possible to change the guest after the original guest has checked out.
However, if you change to a different guest after consulting with the front desk, an additional fee of 10,000 won for room use and 20,000 won for overnight stay will apply each time.
All rooms are based on double occupancy. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person for day use and 20,000 KRW per person for overnight stays applies to additional guests (same-sex guests only); a maximum of one additional same-sex guest is permitted.
Minors of the same sex are not permitted to check in together.
A check-out reminder call will be made one hour prior to check-out. Day-use service closes at 10:50 PM on weekdays.
If your stay exceeds the allotted time by 10 minutes or more and no special requests are made, an additional fee will be charged per hour.
If you remain past the 11:00 PM day-use cutoff time, you will be charged the overnight rate.
(This is because the cleaning team has already left for the day, making it impossible to clean the room and resell it on the same day.)
Standard rooms are 10,000 won per hour, and VIP rooms are 20,000 won per hour.
Today-Only Specials are rooms available at a discounted rate based on same-day booking availability.
