For a pleasant room environment,

all rooms are operated as non-smoking rooms.

Total parking for 25 vehicles, including tower parking. Please note that the parking lot may be crowded on weekends. If you contact us in advance before check-out, we can prepare your vehicle for departure.

If you book a Walk-In Special and bring a car, or if you have more than 1 car per room, an additional parking fee of 15,000 KRW per night per vehicle will apply, limited to cases where parking is available.

To differentiate from the perception of small rooms in existing business hotels, we have applied a design with spacious rooms and separate toilets and bathrooms in all rooms.

Standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 4 people. (Additional 10,000 KRW per extra person, 20,000 KRW for extra bedding) - Limited rooms available; please inquire with the hotel.

Individual amenities are set up on the washbasin side in all rooms.

PRAUDEN duvet (bedding) uses 90% goose down and 10% feather, providing rich down ball (resilience) and cozy warmth.

Cervical pillows have been additionally introduced to maximize guest comfort.

Late Check-out

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available for an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour, up to a maximum of 1:00 PM. If you check out after 1:00 PM, a full night's rate may be charged (subject to availability).

Subject to same-day availability, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour applies. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in.

The 10th-floor cafeteria offers a simple breakfast (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM) on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. The 10th-floor cafeteria can also be used as a meeting room. The 11th-floor rooftop is a photo zone at Brown Dot Seomyeon Lotte Branch, where you can enjoy an open sky.

For special requests, please contact the hotel directly. Special requests from NOL affiliations are not received. Even if special requests are received, not all of them can be accommodated. We are not a chain, but different hotels under the same brand.
