Even though it was not peak season at the end of June, check-in took more than an hour. I queued for check-in at 2:30 PM but did not get into the room until around 4:00 PM. I have no idea how long it would take during peak season. Also, there seem to be far fewer elevators compared to the number of rooms. It is really hard to use them at check-in and check-out times. Note that towels, water, bedding, humidifiers, and air purifiers all have additional charges. There were many facilities that are good for children, which was nice. I would avoid it during peak season.
The staff were friendly and the room condition was good.

It was very, very good! This is an accommodation I want to stay at again.
The place was clean and good for a family of four to relax. The ocean view was nice, and the kids loved the free infinity pool. I will probably visit again.
Three generations with young babies stayed here. We used the kids' cafe before check-in; it was not crowded and had natural light on the first floor without flashy lighting, and the play facilities were kept clean, so our 3-year-old and 1-year-old used it twice during the 3-night stay. We didn’t go to the water park but had plenty of fun in the infinity pool. With three rooms and two bathrooms it was very convenient for a large family. Thanks to the thick blankets already laid out on the ondol floor, I slept without back discomfort. The breakfast had many options, so it was great for feeding the kids. We rented a Carnival and the parking lot was spacious. I want to come again!
