- In accordance with regulations on single-use items, aside from shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, and soap,

other amenities (toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc.)

cannot be provided free of charge and must be purchased from the vending machine located at the main entrance on the first floor.

- For hygiene reasons, indoor shoes and robes are currently not available.

For hygiene reasons, cooking utensils cannot be rented.

Please follow the parking attendant’s instructions. Depending on parking lot availability and your vehicle’s size, you may be directed to a paid parking lot located a 3-minute walk away. Please obtain your parking ticket from the front desk upon checkout before exiting the lot.

Please note that parking fees incurred due to failure to obtain a parking ticket are non-refundable.

To ensure the safety of your valuable belongings,

we adhere to the following

lost and found policy:

1. Lost and Found Verification and Notification Procedures

• Verification Policy: Due to the need to protect guests’ personal information and the difficulty in identifying owners (e.g., diverse booking channels), the hotel generally does not contact guests individually regarding found items.

• How to Inquire: If you have lost an item, please contact the hotel directly, and we will immediately check whether it is in our custody.

• Exceptions: Only in cases where the owner can be identified through documents bearing their name or clear reservation information may the hotel, at its discretion, provide limited assistance.

2. Storage and Disposal Standards by Item Type

• General Items: 3 months from the date of recovery

- Once this period has elapsed, dispose of or donate the items in accordance with internal regulations

• Valuables and Electronic Devices: 1 week from the date of recovery

- Transfer to the local police station and handle in accordance with the Lost Property Act

• Food Items (Refrigerated/Frozen): Discard immediately on the same day

- This measure is taken to prevent hygiene incidents and address the risk of spoilage

• Hygiene-Related and Hazardous Items: Process separately immediately

- Includes contaminated clothing, flammable substances, and severely damaged items

3. Claiming Lost Property and Shipping via Courier

• In-Person Pickup: Items can be picked up after identity verification (please bring a valid ID); if a representative is picking up the items, a power-of-attorney verification process may be required.

• Shipping via Courier: The customer must personally request shipping, and all shipping costs are collect on delivery (at the customer’s expense).

• The hotel will assist with packaging items but assumes no liability for damage, loss, or delays occurring during shipping, unless caused by the hotel’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

• However, items with a significantly high risk of damage may be refused for shipping.

4. Scope of Liability and Important Notes

• Please keep personal belongings such as cash, valuables, and electronic devices under your own supervision.

• The hotel assumes no liability for lost items in guest rooms unless the hotel’s willful misconduct or gross negligence is proven.

• The same liability exemption applies to any issues arising after the lost item has been returned (received).

Relevant Laws: “Lost Property Act,” “Enforcement Decree of the Lost Property Act,” Article 750 of the “Civil Code,” etc.
