The room had a jacuzzi, so it felt comfortable and healing, and the room was clean and nice.

The accommodation is clean and nice! The staff are friendly and the location is good. But it seems the disposable items are only a toothbrush and toothpaste. You should bring everything else :(

Even though there are many large hotels nearby, this hotel alone conveyed a strong sense of grandeur.

I booked this for my parents who were going to Busan, and overall the facility is nice. The welcome chocolate and whiskey bar were nice, and the breakfast pot rice (the meat was a bit tough) was good. The interior was in good condition and the staff were friendly and responsive👍 However, there were some inconveniences. These days personal information is very important, so I didn't understand why they asked us to write down our ID and card number. They said it was in case they needed to claim damage costs later, but it would be better to charge the payment app or the person who made the reservation instead. Asking for full card numbers and keeping them somewhere felt off... haha. We had to provide it since we were staying, so we couldn't refuse.. haha Also, it was during the World Cup but the TV showed no signal and didn't work. It was around 9 or 10 PM when a male staff member came and checked, saying it could be due to humidity. But... the bathtub is inside and they told us to run the dehumidifier, so it seems strange that would cause the TV to not work. If that's really the case, it might be a structural issue. (The window doesn't open either.) We did use the bath product service, but it's a bit ambiguous haha Anyway, I would like to go again, but there are one or two things I'd hesitate about, so I wrote them down. For people who don't mind what I experienced, this will be a great place with nothing to worry about! Aside from those two things, it was really a great place👍

It was tidy and I had a good rest.

I used it because I wanted to spend the weekend with my partner. I am satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff service.

I happened to get a discount around last year and it left a good impression, so I came again this time. It is within walking distance to Haeridan-gil near Haeundae, and the location is so good that you can see the sea as soon as you cross the crosswalk from the hotel! The staff were all kind, so I checked in in a good mood. There was a Jacuzzi in the room which was great for relieving fatigue, and overall it was clean. The breakfast is worth trying at least once. I plan to revisit 👍

It was really great.. the facilities and the staff.. there is no reason not to go.
