Jinju Opera

I stayed in the deluxe room 301, and the cleanliness was seriously problematic. Worst experience of my life!! There were multiple layers of grime in the bathtub like lines left as if timing of water draining, and it looked like they had not cleaned at all with hair and such present. There were clear urine stains on the toilet seat cover, and there were soap splashes and other marks on the faucet installed in the room... total shock~ It seemed like they only tidied the bedding and prepared to receive guests. I was only sleeping there so I endured the discomfort and left early in the morning. I booked because it showed a 5.0 rating, but it felt like a countryside motel rated 5. I would appreciate it if you could prepare and welcome guests so they are not inconvenienced.
