I'm satisfied with the bedding. The towels are fluffy. The bathroom is clean. There is bread and a toaster on the first floor. The room is a bit small, but it's comfortable enough for sleeping and relaxing. Soundproofing is somewhat weak. The air conditioner is cool.
Excellent value for money.

1. Rates are based on double occupancy.
2. Please observe the check-out time. If there are any issues with the next guest's room usage due to late check-out, an additional fee may be incurred.
3. The additional fee for extension is 10,000 KRW per hour, and on weekends and public holidays, it is 20,000 KRW per hour.
In case of late check-out, the above fees will apply if check-out time is exceeded by 10 minutes.
4. One car per room is allocated, with an additional 20,000 KRW for overnight stays and 10,000 KRW for Day Use. Vehicle exit is allowed only once. Re-parking is not possible for a second exit.
5. The additional daily fee per person is 20,000 KRW from Monday-Thursday and 30,000 KRW from Friday-Sunday (extra guests are only possible in Twin rooms; Standard and Deluxe rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 people).
6. As of 2026, those born in 2007 can only check in after their birthday has passed.
If check-in is denied because your birthday has not passed, cancellation and refund are not possible, and the reservation holder is solely responsible for this.
