I'm satisfied with the bedding. The towels are fluffy. The bathroom is clean. There is bread and a toaster on the first floor. The room is a bit small, but it's comfortable enough for sleeping and relaxing. Soundproofing is somewhat weak. The air conditioner is cool.
Excellent value for money.
1. Rates are based on double occupancy.
2. Please observe the check-out time. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges if it disrupts the room availability for the next guest.
3. The hourly late check-out fee is 10,000 KRW, and 20,000 KRW per hour on weekends and public holidays.
For late check-outs, the above fees apply if the check-out time is exceeded by more than 10 minutes.
4. One vehicle is assigned per room. A 20,000 KRW additional fee applies for overnight stays, and a 10,000 KRW additional fee for Day Use. Only one exit and re-entry is permitted per vehicle. Re-parking is not allowed after the second exit.
5. The additional charge per person per day is 20,000 KRW from Monday to Thursday and 30,000 KRW from Friday to Sunday. (Occupancy can only be increased for Twin Rooms; Standard and Deluxe rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 guests.)
6. For the year 2026, individuals born in 2007 must have passed their birthday to be eligible for check-in.
If check-in is denied because the birthday has not yet passed, cancellations and refunds are not possible, and the responsibility lies solely with the person who made the reservation.

All rooms are non-smoking. Please use the parking lot outside the building if you wish to smoke.
