A place I booked at a special price before going to Cheorwon on a business trip. The room wasn't cleaned, maybe because there was no guest turnover. I changed rooms but it was only a bit better. :( It looked like they hadn't done housekeeping for over a week since the room wasn't used—dust everywhere on the sink, the floor, and the table. If they had at least cleaned, I wouldn't have downgraded it for value.

Use by minors and mixed-gender occupancy are restricted. (If caught, you will be asked to check out immediately; no refunds will be issued.)
Check-in will be restricted if ID cannot be verified (no refunds).
Based on 2 guests per room (additional guest fee: 10,000 won); children under 12 stay free.
Check-out time for all guests (members and non-members) is 12:00 PM (late check-out incurs an additional fee).
Check-in: 5:00 PM; Check-out: 12:00 PM
Day-use service ends at 8:00 PM.
Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on availability.
(Please let us know in advance if you prefer a room with a bed or an ondol-heated floor.)
We will seek compensation for any damage to rooms or property.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Please request to store valuables at the front desk; we are not responsible for any loss.
The use of open flames, hosting events, smoking, or lighting candles in guest rooms is prohibited (we will seek compensation in the event of a fire).
Pets are not allowed in the rooms (if found, you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued).
Accommodation may be restricted if problems arise due to excessive drinking.
Compensation for damages will be charged for severe soiling of bedding or excessive cleaning costs incurred.
