The location is great and the staff are friendly.

Service and cleanliness were both excellent.

I used to recommend this place whenever acquaintances visited Busan, but their feedback wasn't very good, so I visited recently. There's not much to say about wine stains on the bedding or poor condition of room amenities since it's an old hotel, but after paying over 300,000 won per night, I can't overlook issues like the toilet flush button not working properly, hot water not coming out, and other problems with the room facilities, so I'm leaving a review. The manager said they would contact me, but it's been over six days with no response; I won't say more about the hotel's operations, but please understand that I'm conveying these disappointing points through this review. For now, I will not be recommending it to acquaintances until my next visit. Thank you.

There were many places to eat near the lodging, and it was clean. The heater worked well so I slept warmly. Overall it was tidy and pleasant. The floor was made of blanket-like material, so it felt a bit awkward to walk around barefoot.

It was very comfortable and pleasant.

I had a good rest late at night and am heading out.

The best-designed and nicest hotel in Gwangalli.
