The condition was good.

It's a motel, but you can tell the owner manages it diligently. The smart TV cursor is really nice, and the bathroom is divided into two areas with a toilet and a bathtub, so it was clean and comfortable to use. There is a microwave in the room which is great, there was no cigarette smell, and the bedding was nice. On the first floor there is a simple breakfast area where you can toast bread and have a cup of coffee. It was a very cost-effective place to stay. I recommend it.

I was worried because of reviews about cigarette smell, so I even called and made a last-minute reservation, but even going with the kids, we are very satisfied!!👍🏼 The whole place is non-smoking and there is no smell. It's clean and very close to Ayajin Beach, so it's great..! Next time I visit Ayajin I will 200% come back!!!💗

It's really clean!!! I like traveling and due to my job I often go on business trips, so I've used many motels, and this is truly top 3 in cleanliness!! I asked the owner and he said he cleans it himself!!! Also the TV is really huge, so it was easy to watch from the faraway bed, and in the morning they served a simple breakfast of cereal and toast which I liked!!! I wonder if there's any other motel this clean!!

1. The first thing I noticed upon arriving was the clean, neatly maintained exterior without any unnecessary frills. Parking is something that quietly bothers you when staying somewhere, and here the parking area is very spacious with wide gaps between spots. Even beginner drivers can park comfortably without worrying about door dings. When you enter the lobby, the owner greets you warmly, and from the moment of check-in I felt my travel fatigue melting away. 2. The part I check most sensitively is cleanliness. If hygiene is poor, I never want to go back. But here I want to give an almost perfect score for cleanliness. The moment I opened the door, there was no musty motel smell at all; the air felt fresh. The floor was so well cleaned that you could walk barefoot without stepping on a speck of dust. 3. I was surprised again when I opened the bathroom door. The sink and faucet were sparkling with no water stains or spots. The provided towels were plentiful and fluffy, and the working mini fridge in the room and the neatly arranged basic amenities clearly showed thoughtful care and meticulous management for guests. 4. Overall rating: ★★★★★ Lavish, bustling large resorts are nice, but sometimes a quiet, cozy place like this is just perfect. The value for the price was excellent, satisfying both cost-effectiveness and emotional satisfaction, and I will absolutely 100% revisit on my next trip to Goseong without looking anywhere else!

I used a lodging sale coupon and enjoyed two nights at half price, haha The room condition is truly the best!!! The bedding was soft and fluffy and the room smelled nice, so I felt good from the moment I entered, haha The location around Ayajin is great, and the owner's thoughtful care and kindness were reflected even in the in-room notices!! Thanks to that I visited a few local restaurants and cafes, lol The quality of this trip really went up👍👏👍👏 I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet healing stay!!!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely return 1000%!!!!!!

The room was small and, in particular, the bedding did not feel new. The smell of cigarette smoke had soaked in, and when I opened the window a little it was right on the road so the noise was loud, so I closed the window shortly after! I was embarrassed because my wife criticized me a lot ^^ From now on, when traveling with my wife I should choose accommodation more carefully even if it costs a bit more!
