Only one car per room is allowed. For two or more cars, external parking may be available depending on the situation. Guests who wish to go out immediately after parking must check in at the front desk before leaving.
The standard occupancy is 2 people per room; only twin rooms can accommodate up to 3 people. An additional fee applies for 3 people: 10,000 KRW per additional person, and 5,000 KRW for an extra blanket. 4 people are not allowed (However, 4 family members with 2 children are allowed; please bring a copy of resident registration or family relations certificate). Mixed-gender groups other than families are strictly prohibited.
Cooking is prohibited in all rooms.
Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and a claim for damages may be filed.
ID verification is required at check-in, so please bring a valid ID (resident registration card, driver's license, passport). Entry will be denied without an ID, and no refund will be provided. If a family is checking in, a guardian must be present, and a copy of the resident registration or family relations certificate must be provided.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
