- Room assignments cannot be made, and cancellations are not permitted for this reason.

- All rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 guests; additional guests are not permitted (Please note that if you book for 2 guests and arrive with 3 or more people, you will be denied entry and

no refund will be issued).

- You may be denied entry if you do not present a valid ID, and no refunds will be issued in such cases

(Photos of IDs taken with a cell phone or mobile IDs are not accepted)

- An additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged if you exceed the designated check-out time

-Please note that not all rooms are photographed, so the actual room may differ from the photos. We appreciate your understanding.

-Room selection is not available.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Mobility devices other than wheelchairs (such as scooters and bicycles) are prohibited inside the rooms.

- Only one vehicle per room is permitted.

- Parking is allowed only from the check-in time for room rental or lodging until the check-out time.

- Vehicles are not permitted for reservations designated as “walk-in only.”

- Cancellations due to vehicle arrival are not permitted for “walk-in only” reservations.

- Please inquire before booking if you are driving a luxury vehicle, a modified vehicle, a commercial vehicle, or a vehicle with optional equipment that increases its height.
