It's good. I recommend it.
I rented a spa room to celebrate a friend's birthday. I told them I was bringing two friends who are very particular about cleanliness and repeatedly asked that the spa not be dirty, and it was very clean. Three people cannot share a room unless they are family. I'm not sure why, but just so you know! All three of us were women so it wasn't an issue, and we had a fun party. Everyone brought swimsuits so we relaxed in the spa and had a great time. One small complaint is that there is an extra charge of 20,000 KRW for more than two people, and the extra bed is not a movable folding bed but a three-fold floor topper mattress. The size is double. We actually have the same three-fold mattress at home for guests... for 20,000 KRW I thought that was a bit much. Other than that, we were really satisfied. The room was pretty, the staff were friendly, and it was clean. My friends wouldn't reuse towels after using them once, so we apologetically asked for more towels, and they provided them promptly, which we really appreciated!
It was cleaner and had better facilities than most hotels.

This was the best accommodation I've stayed at so far! If it had been closer I would have come more often. It's the best!! There are no downsides!
It's more expensive than other places but still very nice... It's clean, the towels are fluffy, and I like it.
