- Minors are restricted from using and staying in mixed-gender groups.

- This property does not have parking available.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on hotel operational status.

- If you have a preferred room, please inquire at the front desk in advance.

- Additional charges may be automatically applied if check-out time is exceeded.

- In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and cleaning fees will be charged.

- Rates may vary on specific dates and public holidays (including the day before).

- Please be informed that all OTT services can be watched with personal accounts. (Logout required at check-out!)

- No refunds for forced eviction due to actions that cause harm to others.

- No refunds due to certain games not working while using the PC.

- No refunds due to parking, as this property does not have parking available.

- After 10 minutes from check-in, room changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible. (Confirmation required at check-in)

- 100% refund is possible if cancellation occurs due to property circumstances.

- Changes and refunds due to personal reasons are not possible.

- When booking via an app, cancellation is possible within 1 hour through the respective booking app.

＊ For app bookings, cancellation must be processed through the customer service center of the respective booking app.

- Cancellation on the day of check-in is not possible.

- Please understand that for real-time bookings made via an app, the reservation may be canceled depending on room availability.
