Guidelines for Using the Automated Parking System

Vehicle retrieval may be delayed in the event of a malfunction in the automated parking system.

However, we assume no liability for any resulting damages.

Guests who are concerned about this should refrain from using the hotel parking lot.

- No more than two vehicles may be parked per guest room.

- Vehicles taller than 2.3 meters, electric vehicles, vans, minivans, trucks, large vehicles, and any vehicles that cannot fit into the hotel’s parking tower may not be permitted to park here; please be sure to contact the hotel in advance. We assume no responsibility for refusal of parking if you enter without prior notification.

- Guests who are concerned about their vehicles are asked to park them themselves, following the instructions of hotel staff.

- After parking, please keep your car keys inside the vehicle. If your vehicle has an ★automatic door locking feature★, please inform us in advance.

- Our hotel’s complimentary valet service is not liable for any damage to vehicles or loss of personal belongings inside the vehicle that cannot be verified.

- Parking is not permitted before check-in time.

- Parking may not be available if the lot is full; please inquire if you need parking. CESCO disinfection services are available.

If you plan to stay in a room that is operated based on a standard occupancy of 2 guests but can accommodate up to 3 guests (Family Suite / Suite 1), please contact the hotel.

Mixed-gender occupancy is not permitted for groups of 3 or more.
