The facilities were fairly clean, but during my stay on the 17th at check-in I felt unpleasant because of the female front desk staff's response. I understand they were busy, but please respond with a smile.

The view was nice. It wasn't cold and it was warm, and the shower water flowed well. But... I wanted to use the bathtub, but I couldn't because there was rust in the drain hole.
