To ensure a pleasant environment, we maintain strict room management standards and operate a completely smoke-free facility.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the building (rooms, terraces, hallways, stairwells, etc.).
A room cleaning fee will be charged for smoking.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room; anyone found in violation will be asked to leave without a refund.
Unless they are immediate family members, groups of three or more are not permitted to share a room.
Minors may be subject to access restrictions.
To maintain room cleanliness, bringing in packaged snow crabs, skate, or any type of sashimi is prohibited.
For safety reasons, events involving balloons, fireworks, candles, etc., are prohibited.
Tables and chairs from the guest room must never be moved onto the terrace.
Gyeongpo Mare assumes no liability for any accidents involving guests on the terrace, or for any civil or criminal matters related to vehicles or pedestrians.
Refunds are subject to the regulations of the app and website.

The listed rates are based on double occupancy; a fee of 20,000 won per person will be charged for additional guests at check-in.
If you check out after 11:00 AM, an additional fee of 20,000 won per hour will be charged. (Extensions are limited to one hour.)

Lake Deluxe Twin (2nd–3rd floors, max. 3 guests).
Lake Standard (2nd–5th floors, max. 2 guests).
Parking Information.
12 spaces in the underground parking garage.
7 spaces in the building’s 1st-floor parking lot.
12 spaces behind the building on the 1st floor.
Pets are not allowed in the room.
Cooking is not permitted in guest rooms or on the terrace.
Bringing cooking utensils into the building is prohibited.

The ocean view is insane The owners were so kind and very gentle I want to come again The air blower in front of the accommodation was great and it was tidy.
The owner and all the staff were very friendly. The bedding was clean, and this was the first place I stayed where the electric kettle was cleaned so thoroughly. Most of the time when I travel for business or leisure, people just open and close the kettle without cleaning it. I was very satisfied with how clean everything was. The old bakery my friend found is in the building right next door, and the sea is right in front, with Gyeongpo Lake also nearby, so the location is great. A famous jjamppong and soft tofu restaurant is within walking distance as well. After coming back from the beach, the air blower by the entrance is perfect for dusting sand off your shoes.
I booked this place at the last minute so I did not expect much, but it was clean and very, very comfortable!
I had a good rest here. I will visit again.
I came to Gangneung because I wanted to see the sea, and the ocean view from the accommodation was amazing!! I think this was the first time I stared at the sea so closely and for so long~ Thanks to that, I stayed comfortably and left happy!
I booked this ocean-view place while looking for accommodation during the holiday. The ocean view you see as soon as you enter the room made it worth the money. We had a fantastic time!!
The beach is right in front of the accommodation, so the view is great and I liked it. There are restaurants and a convenience store right next door, which is convenient.
Pros: The view is unbelievably good, there is no bad smell, and it is clean. The staff are friendly. Cons: There are many people setting off fireworks on the beach until around one or two in the morning. Also it was so dry that my nose hurt. Lastly, I was very careful not to leave any smell from delivery food, but at 8:30 the next morning they called and asked me to leave because of cleaning, so I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. This was the most disappointing part..
