The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people, and additional guests are not allowed (no entry for individuals other than the check-in occupants notified at the time of stay).
(Please note that if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, guests may be asked to vacate immediately.)
Only one vehicle can be parked per room. Additional vehicles cannot be parked.
All rooms are non-smoking (a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs).
Additional fees may be automatically charged if the check-out time is exceeded for all rooms.
Please be aware that if bedding is severely stained, a fee for the bedding will be charged.
Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).
If a hotel room key is lost, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW must be paid, so please be mindful.
If a cancellation occurs due to affiliate circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
Room information may change frequently due to affiliate circumstances. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

The room is clean and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's nice.

This was my first time staying, and it was much cleaner and better than I expected..! There are plenty of parking spots and the location is good! The water runs well, there was no unpleasant smell in the room at all, and I loved it. The bedding felt pleasant too! I've stayed at many places in Gumi, but I don't think any were as clean as this one. The room decor was so pretty that I had a pleasant stay.
