I stayed in the Draco Room with my baby. The room is on the smaller side and the sink and shower are separate. The Draco Baby doll was cute, and it was a charmingly decorated baby room. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but due to delayed room cleaning we were only able to check in at 4 PM. Is that really the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel?.. I was disappointed.
The view is great, and the location is excellent.

I think it's great every time I come here. It's right next to Yongsan Station, which is nice when coming from out of town!!!
A hotel you must stop by if you're near Yongsan Station.
The place is clean and great for relaxing.
All the staff were friendly, and I was very satisfied with the room condition and the breakfast ☺️👍
The bedroom was in good condition, and there are plenty of things to enjoy nearby, so I was able to relax comfortably~~

Infants under 3 years of age must wear waterproof diapers.
Children 13 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the pool and go in the water.
Children under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket or arm floats to enter the pool area or enter the water.
The use of water toys other than life jackets and arm floats (such as inner tubes and transparent boats) is restricted.
For safety reasons, diving, submerging, and underwater swimming are prohibited.
Entry may be restricted for guests with excessive tattoos that may cause discomfort to others or for those who have been drinking alcohol.
Violation of safety regulations or the pool management’s requests for cooperation will result in immediate removal from the pool area; no refunds will be issued upon removal.
The hotel assumes no liability for accidents resulting from violations of safety rules.
