I used the rooftop. There was no one at the desk and no response when I called. The accommodation itself was clean, but the area felt scary, so going up to the top floor felt eerie. There is no elevator, the surroundings are dark, and the children's playroom was blocked off, so my child was scared and did not play. The bedding was not a soft mattress but a hard pad. In short, I was very scared during the night. I recommend going only in a group. It felt like a ghost might appear, so I would not go again. The lodging itself is clean.
