Failure to present valid identification upon check-in may result in restricted access, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.

For non-family members, check-in is permitted only after verifying a family relationship certificate to address concerns regarding mixed-gender occupancy.

The underground parking garage may be full on weekends. (One free space per room)

If the lot is full, please confirm with the hotel first,

then park at the Land Tower parking garage behind the hotel

and come to the front desk to request registration.
