I had a great time and am leaving.
I had a fun time and enjoyed my stay.
The accommodation and bathroom are clean.
The towels are very, very, very dirty... I'm too bothered to describe it further.
I'm not usually prone to severe rhinitis, but staying here made it so difficult that I suffered a lot... The cleanliness is far from what you would expect from a 3-star hotel... I will not come back.
There was no notice or explanation about any additional fee for pool use. There are notices about extra charges for other facilities, but nothing about the pool. From a guest perspective, since extra charges are listed for other items and not listed for the pool, you naturally assume the pool is free. After check-in I asked the hotel front desk and they said, "Of course" there is an extra charge to use the pool. If the front desk insists that is obvious, shouldn't it also be stated in the usage information and indicated on the room you are booking, like "no pool" or similar? There was no mention anywhere, and when I checked in they handed me a sheet of paper that was the only place the extra fee was written. If I had known that, I would not have booked this hotel. They told me I could not cancel and said something strange like I should have booked a package on site. When I brought this up, they asked which platform I used to book; when I said Yanolja they said they would tell the people above and make a correction. That was the end of their response. They say you should book a room that includes a pool package, but a first-time guest is not going to check every alternative room option before booking, and nothing was written anywhere—how are you supposed to know to check for such a package before booking? I believe this hotel unfairly charges guests usage fees. After I called the front desk following check-in, they changed the posted information. The female staff member who answered the front desk phone did not even say sorry. She was unfriendly and I will never go back. They also said adults can only use the pool during the 3rd session. For the price, go somewhere else. The sink drain was also slow and you have to wait a long time for the water to go down.

The pool was too small and the water was too hot. The room was clean.
The hotel was overall clean and the staff were very friendly, so I liked it. At night it was great to swim in the rooftop pool and take photos. There were simple snacks available, so we had a fun time. We also enjoyed a satisfying breakfast in the morning.
