Thanks to the friendly owner, I had a good rest.
It is designed to be easy to use.

I stayed with the expectation of whether a 5.0 rating would be possible. I travel on business often, and I could understand how a 5.0 rating could come from the detailed aspects. There was no cigarette smell or sewer smell at all in the bathroom or the room. They told me they would change the bedding frequently, and they actually changed it every two days. There was no mold in the bathroom. The room condition matched the photos exactly. Often photos are old or look better than reality, but this was clean. There is no sliding door, so hallway noise can be heard easily, but it seems they assigned me a location with no guests in the nearby rooms. Thanks to that, I was able to stay quietly. The owner was quick to respond and kind. I would like to use it again on my next business trip.

Guests will be asked to vacate immediately in case of property damage, noise, or disturbance to other guests.
Last check-in time is 1:00 AM on the check-out date, after which it will be treated as a No-Show.
