For multi-night stays, only towel replacement and trash collection are provided. If you do not wish for your room to be entered, please inform the front desk in advance (bedding is not changed during multi-night stays).

Room furniture cannot be moved due to noise, floor scratches, etc.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and within the building.

Pets are not allowed.

Please refrain from excessive noise or drinking that disturbs the rest and safety of others.

In case of serious damage, forced eviction without refund will occur.

- Parking Space Information

Hotel parking lot (8 spaces), Public parking building (6 spaces - inquire at information desk for use), Nearby public parking lots

If the parking lot is full, you must use nearby street parking.

- Check-in 3:00 PM, Check-out 10:30 AM. An additional fee will be charged for check-out after the designated time (20,000–30,000 KRW per hour).

- Smoking Violation

A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking in the room.

(Based on check-in date) If the ferry you are taking is canceled due to bad weather conditions, a full refund will be provided (excluding boat malfunctions and changes in departure time).

- You must notify us by phone within 2 hours of the cancellation decision (054-791-1456) to receive a refund.

Please note that bad weather conditions do not apply to your departure ferry, so please check the weather and ferry departure status in advance before requesting cancellation (same-day cancellation not possible).
