There was a lot of dust and hair on the bedding and floor, so it felt unhygienic. There were also signs that the host had entered during our stay...
It was good. Parking was a bit inconvenient because it is a tower-style parking. It would have been better if the staff had been warmer when giving directions. The male staff member!!
The room was very clean and the bedding was excellent! And the owner was really, really kind!! I had a good rest :)
The air conditioner was old so I couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise!! In the morning there was construction noise which was really annoying, and the cigarette smell was strong in the room --
We had a nice rest with the children.
The owner is super friendly.
It's nice to spend time with family.
Among BrownDot accommodations, this one is not very good.
I took a trip with my sister after a long time. I always trust and use only BrownDot no matter where I go. As expected, Tongyeong satisfied me in cleanliness and every aspect. But there was one issue: after enjoying sightseeing in Tongyeong, we arrived at the lodging after midnight. It clearly said valet parking, but there was nowhere to park so we were wandering. I called the staff, and maybe they were watching on CCTV, but they just told me plainly not to block the entrance and did not tell me exactly where to park. They had written on a banner that they would park the car for you, so that was the only disappointing part.
It was fine during the trip.
