I visited last month and it was so good that I came back. The staff were still friendly and the room was clean. Also, the breakfast was amazing. Especially the abalone porridge was even better than what I had at specialty restaurants.
I found this place through a search; it was more spacious and cleaner than I expected. We went to Jeju on a sisters' trip, and because I liked the accommodation, the trip felt even better. Next time I'll bring the kids~ ^^
The location and facilities are well set up, but it seems they are not well maintained.
Overall, I think the accommodation is lacking. It was a rare trip and I felt disappointed.

The location is good, but the facilities are old and worn. The towels are in poor condition like in the photos.

If you reserve a low floor, beware of room 203 — it has a creepy/haunted-house view. You can hardly see the sea. Also, an older staff member at the front desk was unfriendly; they did not seem to have a hotel staff mindset. The air conditioner in the room smelled strongly like compressor/mold. I don't think I'll go again.
We arrived an hour early but were told check-in starts at 3 PM and we could not check in. They told us to come back at 3. They assigned an ocean-side room, but a convenience store and souvenir shop building right in front blocks about one third of the view. Arriving early was useless; they would not take our bags, would not assign the room early, and when we finally checked in the view was... There are stairs from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, which makes it inconvenient to pull a suitcase.
The staff are friendly and there is a Twosome Place cafe on the first floor, which is nice. There are no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, so bring your own. There is also a minibar.

The location and the view are both excellent. The mattress was a spring bed, so my back hurt a little. In addition, there were suspicious stains on the bed, a pimple patch stuck to the tile in front of the toilet, and the towels smelled like dishcloths — these were negatives. Aside from those issues, it was great to take a bubble bath while looking at the sea.

There are many hotels in Jeju, but this one really has great value for money. There is a Twosome Place cafe on the first floor and a CU convenience store a 10-second walk away. It kept raining so we didn't use the pool, but the view was amazing. Highly recommended.
