The bed was soft and I loved it haha. The design was clean and pretty~~ The mechanical parking wasn't difficult and it was convenient even though I checked in late~♡ I rested well and am leaving.
For a business hotel in Gangneung, it is probably the best ^^
The hotel is really clean and nice.
It's a really great hotel: friendly, clean, and spacious. However... the refrigerator... T_T It seems to not work properly.
The accommodation was very clean and, above all, the staff were kind! 🥹❤️ There were many restaurants and things to do nearby, and it was conveniently close to famous tourist attractions, which was great~~ I'll come again! Thank you~!
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the past year. Except for not having a private parking lot... You can use the roadside or the free public parking, so it wasn't a big inconvenience. It's clean and the facilities are very comfortable. Highly recommend.
There was dust even on the phone, and the bed seemed completely worn out. These are problems with this motel. I filed a complaint, but the front desk did not respond. They acted like, "Mind your own business."
It was clean Well stocked with the necessary items. The parking is a tower-style garage, so it's best to bring any items you need in advance.
I booked the accommodation on the same day, and it was very clean and nice. If you choose a spot near downtown, this place seems really great~~~ The hotel interior is also very pretty.
It was my first time at this accommodation and it was very clean and nice~~~ I will definitely visit again next time hehehe.

The check-in and check-out times specified in the package details take precedence.
Additional Guest Fee: 22,000 KRW per person
The standard occupancy includes infants and toddlers.
Reservations and stays exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay in the room.
No refunds will be issued if a stay is denied due to exceeding the occupancy limit.

The Hong C Hotel Gangneung operates a parking tower (mechanical parking system).

If you prefer off-site parking, or if the parking tower is full, we will direct you to the public parking lot (free) directly in front of the hotel; however, we cannot guarantee a parking space.

This is a contactless service; we will ring your doorbell upon arrival.

Breakfast is available by advance reservation only.
Since we prepare each meal fresh and handle delivery ourselves, your preferred time slot may sell out early.
We are closed every Monday.

No smoking inside the hotel or in any guest rooms / A cleaning and maintenance fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking.
Bringing in outside food is prohibited, except for fast food (chicken, pizza, hamburgers).
Delivered food (fast food only) can be picked up directly in the lobby.
Do not bring or use hazardous or flammable materials, such as candles or fireworks, in guest rooms.
Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of room facilities and amenities, and will be charged accordingly.
