④ This is a smoke-free building. Smoking is permitted on the 17th-floor rooftop and outdoors.

⑤ Same-day cancellations and refunds are not permitted

⑥ Photo substitutes are not accepted during ID verification upon check-in

Reservations made by minors will be denied check-in. No refunds will be issued

⑦ A fee of 10,000 won or more will be charged for check-out more than 15 minutes late. A room rental fee will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour.

⑧ Room rates are based on occupancy for two people. Occupancy beyond the maximum capacity is not permitted.

Violators will be required to vacate the premises.

⑨ Use of the outdoor hot spring and barbecue area may be restricted during winter or in rainy weather; cancellations are not permitted

⑩ Rooms accommodating 3 or more guests incur an additional fee per person, and

Please note that if complaints are received from other guest rooms regarding loud noise or noise from electronic devices during nighttime or early morning hours, you will receive one warning, and failure to comply will result in immediate eviction.
