Even one star feels like too much. I booked Haeundae Pro for 12/31 and used it. Although it wasn't indicated on the listing, when I checked in they said there was no boiler and there was no hot water. Even after calling the accommodation to report no hot water, they only said it would come if we waited, and the hot water never came. They just kept saying it would be warm if we waited, but there was no difference from outside. We immediately left and booked another place to stay. A room with neither boiler nor hot water in midwinter... lol. If they had told us before check-in, we would have canceled, but they only informed us when showing us the room after check-in, which seems intentional. I figured starting January 1 I had gotten rid of bad luck and just lost my money.
