Booked because of a sudden business trip. 3-minute walk from Choryang Station. Some parts of the facilities have been remodeled and are clean. The owner is kind, and parking is limited so you need to secure a spot in advance.
This is a place I go to every time. As always, the staff are friendly and they allowed an early check-in. Above all, the bathtub is wonderful. There was plenty of water and two drinks ^^ There are many restaurants nearby, convenience store is 30 seconds away haha This place offers great value near Busan Station. Slept well, leaving now.
Great value! Super friendly! Clean! I ran a warm bath and this is a place where you can fully enjoy resting. If you come to Busan Station, go to Theme Hotel haha

It was better than I expected. The bedding is cleaner than I thought. The room looks like a dump at first glance, but it's cleaned well—surprisingly clean lol.
The bathroom condition is a bit... If you are sensitive about sleeping, this is not for you.. haha
I rested comfortably.

-10,000 KRW per additional person beyond the standard occupancy (including bedding, payment at check-in).
-5,000 KRW for additional bedding beyond the standard bedding (payment at check-in).

-Delivery food is permitted.
-One preschool child accompanied by a guardian is free.
-Customers who need to use the parking lot are kindly requested to pay in person at check-in.
-If a reservation is made for the purpose of cohabitation by minors, check-in will be denied and no refund will be issued; guests will be asked to vacate immediately if caught.
-The waiting time for visitors other than the guest is 10 minutes or less; if they stay longer than 10 minutes, an additional person fee will be applied.
-Rates may change during peak season, specific dates, and public holidays.
-If you wish to extend your check-out time when checking in after midnight, please inform the front desk, and we will extend it by up to 1 hour.
