1. The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people, and additional guests are not permitted.

If people other than the agreed number enter or exit, you will be forcibly evicted without a refund.

Please note that groups of 3 or more mixed genders will also be forcibly evicted.

2. The Star Parking Lot opposite is not available. (Please use the hotel's parking lot.)

3. Various OTT services are available with personal accounts.

4. Wi-Fi is available in the room.

5. Admission may be restricted without an ID, and refunds are not possible. (No minors allowed!!)

One car per room allowed, advance inquiry required.

We have strengthened parking enforcement due to severe issues with unauthorized early parking.

Please note that vehicles found to be parked without prior confirmation will be charged a parking fee.

The check-in standard applies based on front desk check-in time, not the accommodation usage time. (Check-in applies from the time you receive the key.)

All visiting guests are requested to present identification, and use may be restricted if ID verification is refused, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Juvenile Protection Act. We ask for your understanding.

For bookings involving mixed-gender minors, admission may be restricted, and cancellations and refunds due to this are difficult. We ask for your understanding.

Smoking in rooms or within the building will incur a fine of 100,000 KRW in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and additional costs related to odor removal may be charged for smoking in rooms.

Upon arrival, please show your reservation name or reservation confirmation message at the 1st floor lobby, and we will assist you with the check-in process.

Room information may change due to hotel circumstances, and we are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money and other valuables should, in principle, be stored at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored at the front desk.

Upon leaving after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

Please note that excessive noise due to drinking or loud singing may result in eviction.

Damage to items or theft in the room may result in criminal charges, and rooms are for accommodation purposes only. For commercial video filming, please inquire in advance.

OTT services such as Netflix are only available with your personal account.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., and liability for damage and fire may be charged if fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks are used.
