It was clean and nice.
Don't ever stay at this hotel! It was a truly awful experience 🥴 We had a sudden trip to Gangneung on Friday and when booking online this was the only place with a vacancy (which already says a lot about the hotel's condition). We travel with our kids twice a month, so we were somewhat prepared, but it was far worse than we expected. The twin room had no windows, smelled terrible, and the floor was dirty with shoe marks and water stains that hadn't been cleaned. We used the bedding we brought, but the beds were obviously unclean. We decided to tough it out since we were only staying two nights. On top of that, the front desk staff were very rude, and even worse, they charged us an extra 40,000 won with no explanation. My husband doesn't speak Korean well, so we ended up paying an extra 40,000 won for the barbecue. After payment my husband saw the message and asked why it was so expensive; when he went to the front desk to complain the staff spoke loudly and were extremely unfriendly. When you have a good experience you want to keep coming back. We actually have a resort we've been visiting 5–6 times a year for the past 15 years.
Budget-friendly place near Gyeongpodae! It's close to a famous sundubu jjambbong restaurant, so it's great for a morning hangover cure haha
It's awesome—great value, a nice pool, and the owner is friendly.
This is a very budget-friendly accommodation!! Of course prices may rise during peak season. There is a pool, barbecue facilities, and a 24-hour unmanned store—very good. However, because it's a budget place, there are not a single in-room amenities (hair straightener, hair brush, hairspray, etc.), so check and bring them separately!
I visited on a business trip; the room is spacious and nice. Great value for the price.
Clean, and there is an unmanned shop in front that is convenient to use in the morning.

It's a bit inconvenient because there is only one key. When I go out I sometimes leave devices charging, but the power ends up getting completely turned off...

- Karaoke (10,000 KRW for 1 hour), laundry room (wash + dry 5,000 KRW), BBQ (15,000 KRW for 2 people, 5,000 KRW for each additional person) are paid.
- All ancillary facilities operate from 16:00 to 22:00.
- 24-hour SNS unmanned snack bar operates.
- For each additional person beyond the standard occupancy, an extra 20,000 KRW per night will be charged (bedding, amenities, towels provided).
- Absolutely no entry for external guests beyond the reserved number of people.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a charge for 2 nights' stay.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not possible.
Please understand that luggage storage may be difficult due to various circumstances before check-in.
Please double-check carefully to ensure you haven't left any items in the room.
While we wish to find every lost item, please understand that it may not be possible.
The hotel is not responsible for lost items (especially food, clothing, etc.).
Upon check-out, please separate and dispose of trash in the room, and wash and organize any used dishes.
Bringing meat (samgyeopsal, beef) and crustaceans (red crab, snow crab) into the rooms is prohibited. Please use the outdoor BBQ facilities.
Please refrain from activities that may disturb other guests, such as drinking and making loud noises, and ensure the inner door in your room is closed.
Room rates are subject to change due to establishment circumstances.
- Check-in from 16:00 to check-out at 11:00.
- Automatic cancellation if there is no prior contact by 22:00 for check-in.
Everyone wants an early check-in. However, please understand that we cannot accommodate this.
After check-out, we perform disinfection, sanitization, and cleaning, followed by sufficient ventilation, which makes early check-in impossible. Check-in is available from 3:50 PM.
