Very comfortable and nice.
SonoCalm Family has small rooms, so it is good for traveling with children~
No need to say more: SonoCalm is the best accommodation.
Pros I am satisfied with the interior. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Elevator operation was relaxed and good. Cons It is hard to call this a four-star hotel. First, there are no slippers in the room. Even when requested, purchasing them was difficult; I don’t understand having to go to Good & Goods to buy them. The bathroom is a dry layout, so they say there are no bathroom slippers. Because there is no slope, water flowed back toward the sink and toilet during showers, pooling and of course bringing unpleasant odors as a result. There is no room service, as if that is obvious. I wish they at least offered a simple menu. There is no hotel-exclusive lounge. It would have been nice if they had operated a temporary lounge using the banquet halls on the 2nd or 3rd floors. There is no minibar either; if they stocked even a few paid items, guests would definitely use them. There are no bathrobes. At checkout there was no staff at the reception and it was self check-out, so it feels far from a traditional hotel. The only service beverages in the fridge were two bottles of drinking water and two bottles of San Pellegrino. Even though there is a shopping mall in the basement, calling this a four-star hotel certified by the Korea Tourism Organization feels more disappointing than a condo-style hotel. For families, I recommend staying in Resort Building A or B, or Building D for pet-friendly accommodation. Among the Sono group hotels, the Yeosu and Goyang locations are closer to traditional hotels and I recommend them; the other Sono properties feel more specialized for resorts. Also, this may be personal preference, but Sono group hotel and resort beds are very soft. Some guests will prefer soft mattresses, but those who prefer a firm type may experience severe back pain. The bedding is not 100% cotton but synthetic, which felt a bit off to me. These various shortcomings made my stay more disappointing than satisfying. They have acquired an airline and are becoming a comprehensive travel and leisure company, so I hope to see further improvements in the future.

We had fun with the Ocean World package. It was our first time at SonoCalm; it is smaller than the resort-style and feels a bit more fancy. For group trips, the resort-style might be better. There are many convenience facilities in the basement, and it is great for going with kids!
It was my first time at Sono Calm, but even with the lights on the room felt very dark.
Luxurious and the atmosphere is nice, so I am satisfied.
I stayed in Sono Calm A type The facilities were very clean and there were two beds, so it was perfect for three people We also had a great time with lots of things to enjoy like Ocean World, Legend Hero, and K1!

A very pleasant and tidy accommodation where you can be close to nature.
Great for playing with my child The weather was very nice and the facilities are excellent.
