I had a comfortable rest and am leaving now.
This is a place I use every time. The parking lot is wide, which is great, and even from the entrance it feels spacious. I usually use the room for short stays, and the bedding is clean. The photos are honest, so I trust and use this place. Recently I went to another Jeonju-style hanok motel based only on photos and it turned out to be a terrible scam, but this place does not do that, which is really nice. Amenities are excellent, the bathroom is clean, the air purifier, Wi-Fi, and Netflix all work, and I am always satisfied. I will continue to use it often with satisfaction. I was very satisfied.
Overall it was clean and nice, but I had an unpleasant experience where a phone call rang in the middle of the night and woke me up. I contacted the property but did not receive a clear response, which is disappointing.
Very clean and the service is top-notch.
This is the accommodation I visited during my trip to Jeonju. It was cleaner and better than I expected! The owners are friendly. I will probably stay here again when I go to Jeonju!!
Clean and nice.
This is a place I use every time. First, the parking lot is spacious, which is great, and the area from the parking lot is roomy too. I often use the rooms for short stays, and the bedding is clean. This is not one of those places that deceive you with photos, so I trust and use it. Recently I went to another hanok-style motel in the Jeonju area based only on photos and they amazingly scammed me, but this place does not do that, which is really nice. The amenities are excellent, the bathroom is clean, and the air purifier, ventilation, and Netflix all work. I am always satisfactorily using it. I think I will continue to use it often in the future. I used it with great satisfaction.
Clean and nice.
I used room 301. When I went in, time was wasted right away because of an issue with the remote control batteries. Netflix was automatically logged in, but it said I needed to verify via email. There is a bathtub, but the stopper was loose so filling it took forever, and even after filling it the water kept draining unless you kept the tap running, so you couldn't relax and enjoy it. I tried to fix it by draining all the water, unscrewing and reattaching the stopper, but it was still loose. Overall, you can tell they only clean without actually checking the room condition. Since I was just using it for a short daytime stay, I decided to consider it bad luck and move on, but I think staying overnight would be difficult.

To prevent the COVID-19 virus, our Hotel Marie (Deokjin Park Branch) has completed disinfection and sanitization of the entire building by CESCO, a professional quarantine and disinfection company, and we independently disinfect amenities and doorknobs in the rooms daily (we kindly ask for your understanding if there is a disinfectant smell for a while).
We maintain cleanliness through all staff wearing masks and providing hand sanitizers at the front desk.
