I can't speak for the other rooms, but the room I got had poor facilities and the toilet is old — when you flush you have to manually refill the tank yourself? Because of that, there was a very strong bad smell. I checked out 30 minutes after checking in that day.

Ugh I should have booked after reading reviews. This is the worst place I've ever seen. Seriously, do not go. The bathroom drain smelled so horribly like sewage my head hurt. I asked to change rooms and they said it had been 30 minutes since I checked in and acted like it was my fault. When I said I hadn't touched anything they snapped, "Is it okay to give you the same room??" Then they reluctantly gave me another room but the hallway on the other floor was so dark that I had to use my phone flashlight to find the room lol. As soon as I entered the other room the blankets and towels were strewn everywhere, so I went back down and asked to change rooms again because they hadn't cleaned it. The staff muttered to themselves and grumbled, then gave me yet another room. All three rooms were disgusting and I decided I will never come back. If I had read reviews I wouldn't have gone. I booked because it was cheap, but if you want to have an experience you can never un-experience, go ahead and try it. I still feel sick from that drain smell. There was hair on the bed, dust all over the floor so it got on my feet, no hair dryer, and no shampoo — I've never seen a motel like this lol. The front desk staff are unbelievably rude, I don't know how they stay in business. Do not go under any circumstances. I rarely leave reviews but this place just ruined my mood.

When I went to check in and asked about parking, they basically said "guests have to handle that themselves" and told me not to ask. I parked at a paid lot far away, checked in, and when I went to the room it was so dirty I asked to change rooms, but they said there were no rooms left. The air conditioner didn't work at all, and only then did they offer to change the room. The new room they assigned was just as dirty. The bathroom was especially bad — I don't even want to describe it. After two hours I gave up on a refund, booked a different place, and left.

1. Difficulties parking I called the desk and they said there is an underground parking lot but guests have to take care of it themselves and they take no responsibility. 2. The building itself is not maintained On the way to the room the ceiling work is poor, tiles are broken and there are holes, etc. 3. Poor room condition, basic services not provided 1-1) The bathroom door doesn't even close, and the toilet is manual where you press a fill button and a flush button. The shower has no basic shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. 1-2) There is no refrigerator in the room. Just a flimsy chair and a single-seat sofa. Even when you turn on the air conditioner it does not cool well. 1-3) If you plan to do nothing and only sleep, this is fine, but the condition makes any eating or other activity inside the room absolutely impossible. Conclusion: Only the location is good. The staff are not friendly and there is basically nothing inside.

This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. There wasn't even a hair dryer, and they refused to provide amenities altogether, using the "Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources" as an excuse. Not even a single bottle of water was provided, so I had to buy necessary items separately. The condition of the facilities was truly shocking. The showerhead was rusty and worn to the point where I feared tetanus, and the shampoo contained an unidentifiable liquid that smelled strongly of hand sanitizer. I was even more shocked when I happened to look under the bed: all the trash had simply been shoved in there. Dust was piled up all over the room, making me doubt whether it had been cleaned at all. The air conditioner constantly smelled of mold, making me feel like I might get pneumonia. The pillows and blankets were stained and gave off a musty smell, so I couldn't sleep properly. Even low-cost hotels in Southeast Asia are not usually this bad. The bathroom was also terrible. When I checked in, there was standing water on the floor, and it did not drain properly until I checked out. It was hard to tell whether it was a bathroom or a foot bath. The exhaust fan made a noise comparable to a blender or construction equipment, causing stress every time it was used. The integrated bidet toilet had its power cut off, so none of the functions worked. The toilet also did not flush properly. Most of the hallway and common area lights were turned off, so walking through felt like a haunted-house experience. The staff were very rude as well. Especially as checkout time approached, they cut the power to the room so I had to pack my things using my phone flashlight. They knocked on the door roughly while rushing me, and even snatched the card key away in a hurry, which left me feeling upset until the end. I came to Busan on a business trip from Seoul and tried to save money, but I ended up with nothing but stress. Saving a few tens of thousands of won is not worth regretting your entire stay, so I do not recommend booking based on price alone. I will never use this place again. I also saw a few foreign guests, and I was embarrassed to think they might believe this is representative of Korean accommodations.

The air conditioner doesn't work……. I called the front desk on the 1st floor and they told me to remove the key card and reinsert it after 5 seconds. When I did that the air vent just closed and the air conditioner still didn't run. I tried plugging the charger into the outlet next to the bed but that didn't work either….. I ended up charging devices in front of the TV near the refrigerator…. In the bathroom, when you flush the toilet water gets on the floor so it's damp and there's a musty smell. The bathtub room has no conditioner, only shampoo left there…. They said they don't give disposable amenity pouches, so I bought a toothbrush set at the convenience store below. They also don't provide bottled water..!! I drink a lot of water and I'm sensitive to heat… I bought bottled water and three rolls of toilet paper at my own expense from the convenience store…. It was so hot I slept with the window open, but there was no screen so mosquitoes all came in. I gave up trying to avoid being bitten and kept the window open, and I think I stayed up all night? I was awake until 4 AM, slept lightly from 5 AM, and left at 7 AM… The owner was rude. I wanted them to move me to another room, but the owner just said doing that would make it work and refused. I thought if I insisted about changing rooms I'd get in more trouble, so I put up with it. The price is cheap and that's good, but the interior is not great…..

It looks a bit worn, but it's good value for the money.

The toilet was broken, the floor was covered in sand and dust so it stuck to the soles of my feet, the wallpaper was all peeled off, there were no toiletries or water, and the bathroom door was fixed so water splashed everywhere — I didn't sleep and left right away. The owner smoking at the entrance while dealing with guests was the worst part!
