Gyeongju Hwangnamgwan Hanok Hotel

It appears they do not wash the bedding at all, and there is a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. I can't understand why there isn't even a mirror in the room. The staff were kind, but this is a hotel I never want to visit again. It also looked like many foreigners were staying here, and I felt embarrassed.
I chose this place because of the location but I regret it. You can hear the next room, and even though our room was at the end, you could still hear the neighbors. From about 10 PM to past midnight we could hear everything, so it was hard to sleep. When we first went in, mosquitoes welcomed us. The bathroom was scary to breathe in because of mold. I don't even know if the blankets were washed... There was a hairdryer that looked like someone found and tossed back, and there was no coffee in the room. They said the cafe in the back would give a 20% discount, but most items weren't discounted—only Americano and juice were. Even if the location and parking are convenient, I will never go again. It costs 250,000 KRW on weekdays and at this level they really need to do some maintenance.
There are way too many mosquitoes.
I had a great 2-day, 1-night trip to Gyeongju with classmates I've known for 33 years. We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and everything about Gyeongju.
The staff are friendly.
We were able to hold our gathering comfortably.
The night view was nice!~
